Study Method
Divine Charisma Institute of Apologetics and Ministry offers only Distance Learning Diploma and Certificate Programs. All textbooks are given FREE via downloads to those students from developing countries. Printed textbooks are currently only offered to those students from Malawi on special arrangements with some small additional amount for printing. From time to time, Divine Charisma also gives you more than 100 CDs totally free through downloads. These free CDs contain Bibles, Theology books, Audio and videos which students download at their convenience.
TUITION FEES: Students from developing countries do not need to pay any tuition fees apart from registration fee which is US$100.00. This fee is paid in two parts; US$50.00 is paid upon admission while the remaining half amount is paid after completing the course, but before graduation. However, students from developed countries pay US$300.00 per program. US$150.00 is paid upon admission while the remaining half is paid after completion, but before graduation.
APPLICATION: Application should be made through e-mail and send to makhumbab@gmail.com or charismadivine@gmail.com. Then an application form will be sent to the applicant to be completed within two weeks from the date of issuing. Upon receiving the filled application form, the school committee will sit and consider the applicant's information if indeed it is worthy admission. Then the applicant will be communicated of the outcome of the application and will be advised of what to do.
EXAMS AND ASSIGNMENTS: Divine Charisma Institute encourages Open Book Examinations (OBE). Students are supposed to study the given modules and then write a summary for each module of not less than 1,000 words, but with unlimited maximum number of words. Then an assessment should be made on the module which explains (1) how the student has understood the course, (2) how has it helped the student personally as a Christian and, (3) how are you going to use the information from this module. Again, the student needs to make some constructive critique if so appropriate. The first ten Module assignments should be sent to the school for first grading and assessment. The rest of the assignments should be sent to school after completion of the program.
PERIOD OF STUDIES: Certificate programs can be studied within 12-18 months whereas diploma courses can be studied within 18-24 months. Anything more than the above specified period will call for additional fee of US$15.00 per months for six months only. If the studies go beyond the grace period of six months the student will be considered as re-applying. In this case, the student will go through the necessary steps for new applicants.
ATTENTION: As with all other Distance Learning institutions, admission to DICHIAM involves several steps on your part. You need to do the following things in the chronological order given below, so as to ensure that everything goes well. Distance Education is totally different from regular education; you need to understand all these steps and you need to fulfill all of them:

PROCEDURES FOR ADMISSION
The following steps explain how you can get your totally-free diploma or Certificate admission as a special case.
Students from your country can join all our courses totally free. This means you do not have to pay any registration fees. (You pay only the small cost for the printing and mailing of your diploma /transcript, and for registration as stipulated above on tuition fees).
You need to find 3 friends who have to apply for admission for free from your country.
If you cannot find the prospective applicants, find 6 people who should like us on Facebook. Once they like us, you should let us know that they are your friends.
All students from the developing countries who wish to join totally free should preferably start with Certificate However, if you already have theological or secular qualification; you are welcome to apply for higher levels of course, which we will approve. Once you complete one diploma, you can join any other degree totally free.
There will be no registration fees of fees for textbooks for you until we give final admission.
For those willing to take up to degree level, we have a list of reliable internationally recognized colleges where we will direct our satisfactory students. One such school is Trinity Graduate School of Apologetic and Theology in India.
HOW TO REQUEST FOR TEXTS:
Here is the request-letter that we should receive. Copy it into a new email, fill in the gaps, and send it to us:

In case of the 6 friends who have liked us on Facebook, the mail should be:

Once we get the above email, we will immediately send you full course download and student number information.
Please notice that if you do not send your request in the format mentioned above, you will not get your course material.
